Now almost the entire complex is being renovated, but you can go up the stairs on the right side. Unfortunately, the whole statue below is covered by vandals, but I think this will be fixed soon. From here you have a beautiful view of the Vake region.

Beautiful, big statue but at the time we were there it was all closed off so there was no access closer to the statue all able to walk up the mountain. The surrounding Park is lovely with huge green trees and paved walkways.

Now almost the entire complex is being renovated, but you can go up the stairs on the right side. Unfortunately, the whole statue below is covered by vandals, but I think this will be fixed soon. From here you have a beautiful view of the Vake region.

Nothing much to see that justifies seeing it closely. It is quite more elevated than vake park, with terrible stairs (if there even are), whereas the trail that goes up towards the ethnographic museum is a downhill trail so only bikes are allowed and not suitable...
