Arbaello — Restaurant in Aachen

We were missing home food Arabic Traditions food. So we asked our Taxi Driver Mr. Elias, who advised this place. And how lucky we were to be and try it,

The food comes in bundle or combos. For example, meat with rice, okra or beans and bread. With a reasonable price.

I also found they do have BBQ in the many which i have tried and it was really good.

Thy also have pizza 🍕 which I didn’t order in my visit so I won’t be able to judge and review it.

In summary the food portion is large, tasty and reasonably priced. The staff are nice keen to help

The best i kept for the last is they do have one ☝️ of the best tea. I may go here again just to drink...

If you visit, you will initially judge the place based on its location and decorations. However, once you sit down, order, and start eating, you'll find it's a nice place with delicious food. From what I understand, the staff speaks Arabic, German, and Persian. I was surprised when they took my order in Farsi, then spoke German at the next table, and Arabic at another. Ich habe heute per Anruf eine Pizza bestellt 15minuten vorherr und selber abgeholt. Sie haben aber erst angefangen nachdem ich eingetroffen bin diese zu zubereiten der Preis ist auch groß angestiegen 6€ für 3 Zutaten darüber hinaus habe ich diese Pizza einen Kollegen mitgebracht Bestellung war Paprika Mais und hähnchen / Paprika Hähnchen Zwiebeln. Aus ich bei ihm ankam öffneten wir die Pizza im Karton und diese war falsch belegt statt Paprika auf beiden haben wir Peperoni drauf gehabt. Ich habe danach direkt bei Arbaello angerufen um dennen das mitzuteilen darauf hin taten sie so als würden nix verstehen und haben einige Zeit nix gesagtund einfach aufgelegt.

Am Anfang dachte ich das sie nett und freundlich Waren aber daran sieht Mann es leider.

Ich bin drüber sehr enttäuscht

Zusammengefasst: Um Zeit zu sparen vorherr anzurufen damit das warten stark reduziert Fehlanzeige.

Überteuert geworden und damit teurer als der Nachbar.

Uneinsichtig legen einfach auf und tuen so als würden sie nix verstehen.

und belegen der Pizza vorherr prüfen sonst bekommt ihr nacher so wie mir irgendwas drauf gelegt

Und Rückgeld 3 Euro habe ich in 1€ und Rest 0,20cent...
