Asian Today — Restaurant in Aachen

I ordered a ramen soup and asked it to be made vegetarian 🌱. I got the food served but tasted what seemed to be chicken broth (in any case, it reeked of meat). I asked the service if it had any meat inside, to which I got a negative answer: “It was supposed to be fully vegetarian.” But also not knowing what was quite inside the menu made me worrisome.

In the end, I didn’t want to make trouble over ‘nothing’ and have the disappointment of leaving food on the table when so many people are hungry out there (morals). But again, my vegetarian morals also had to be thrown out of the window as I ate the soup. Lots of sweet chili I asked them, to the point I mostly tasted sugar and spicy. Also miso when the food had enough salt.

All to cover the increasing doubt with each bite and guilt of morals being crossed yet...

They gave me the wrong change and I lost 30 euros. I ordered in the store the night before and the clerk mistook 50 euros for 20 euros and gave me the wrong change, but I didn't realize it in time because of my fever and chatting with friends. When I went to them the next morning, they claimed that I had no proof and that there was no surveillance in the store. In the case of cash payments and no monitoring, I do not know how to prove it, unless I write down the number of each cash in advance, it is possible to provide proof. I would like to remind diners to check their numbers when paying cash, as clerks are likely to leave their mistakes to the customers themselves. In addition, when preparing our meals, they simply grabbed all the ingredients and put them into the packing box without...

Sushi quality is average. Nothing to write home about. Especially the baked roll for almost 9€ was a sad joke. soggy, small and tastless. Rest of the order was allright but like mentioned nothing special.

The really Bad Part is, that they have wrong Prices Online. We ordered for what seemed to be 37€ according to their online price list but were then told our order comes to 46!!€. Some Items they just raised by 1.50 without any notice. That is very unproffesional and they should keep their prices updated correctly. Also the only restaurant where ordering on Lieferando would be cheaper than in Store. Doesnt make any sense to me. We definetly wont order...
