Bakery Kaussen at Ponttor — Restaurant in Aachen

Ok, let me say something. I have bought bread from many places since I moved to Germany and I wondered why the taste of bread is ok but not special to me🙃. Yesterday I was here and I felt that way let's buy bread from here for the first time and I can tell you for the first time, Germany is well known for the bread and I choose correctly, 😄 I am going to be a permanent customer of this store because the taste of bread is amazing, with each slice I felt I am in heaven and life is beautiful😍. I have to mention that I ate the whole bread in a day 😆 regarding customer service, the ladies are super nice and kind. Thanks for the delicious bread....

Come if you want to be humiliated. One female staff gave me a lesson because I didn’t proactively inform them of my intention to dine in. The other customers were probably bothered by her loud voice because they were all staring in my direction. Before I left I made it clear to them: it is your duty to ask the customer whether they wish to dine-in or takeaway. They got irritated and started laughing and screaming and asking me to calm down.

We enjoyed a delicious, generous breakfast at the Kaussen bakery. From the three different breakfast varieties, we took the "large" option with meats, cheese, side salad, a soft-boiled egg and a variety of bread types. The dark rye bread was absolutely amazing! I would have loved to try out one of their delicious-looking sweet pastries as well, but I simply did not have any space left. Next...
