I am Vietnamese and my Chinese friend took me to this restaurant. The first time we tried a Taiwanese dish (I don’t know the name but my friend said this is a hidden menu 😅, it is the bowl with an egg in the picture) and this is sooo delicious.
The next time I took a Vietnamese there and we had Pho and chicken Ramen. I was sooo disappointed because vietnamese Pho doesn’t taste like Pho at all, even worse than our instant Pho 😭😭😭. It is almost no salt in the broth, lack of the most important ingredients (I don’t taste the cinnamon), and they even add Chinese cabbage to the bowl which we never do that 😓).
People please don’t eat vietnamese Pho here and the owner pleaseeee learns how to cook an exotic dish properly, otherwise don’t have it...

The outer coating was super crispy while the inside stayed juicy (4/5) The miso udon was quite disappointing. It was quite watery and not enough vegetables in my opinion. The udon was cooked perfectly though, so (3/5) Overall, we had a nice experience. The owner was really friendly and I can see a lot of room for improvement.
