I recently visited Fuji No Hana and ordered: • Lychee Drink • Mango Drink • Gyoza Chicken • Teriyaki Hähnchen (small Donburi) • Beef Rib (small Donburi) • Backed Roll Sushi

While the atmosphere was nice with authentic Japanese vibes, the overall experience left much to be desired.

First, the service was slow and unorganized. The dishes were brought out with significant delays. We finished our Donburi dishes and had to wait another 10 minutes for the Backed Roll Sushi to arrive.

The drinks (Lychee and Mango) were very disappointing, tasting like basic supermarket juice poured into glasses—not worth the price. The Teriyaki Chicken Donburi was underwhelming, consisting of just chicken, rice, and teriyaki sauce, with no vegetables or garnish to elevate the dish. The Backed Roll Sushi was average at best and heavily overpriced at €14.

The only highlight was the Beef Rib Donburi, which was flavorful and well-prepared.

With this level of service and pricing, I don’t think the restaurant will survive for long. There are far better options in Aachen offering superior quality food at more reasonable prices. I hope they make improvements, but for now, I...

A lovely corner glass house at the junction of shiller and goethestr filled to the brim with flowers and dragonball decor. Its a very unique atmosphere with japanese radio in the background. The menu is simple and there are helpful pictures outside to show you what you will be ordering.

We tried nr 5, 20 and 103. The fried squid(nr5) is one of the best we have had in germany. They were slightly different in that they came filled so there was a good bite to the 6 pieces . Needed a bit more mayo but that was minor.

20 and 103 essentially had the same broth with the distinction in the cut of meat. I would go straight for 20. It was filled with huge cuts of beef ribs with so much meat my wife could not finish it. The soup was savoury and very beefy and great for a noodle soup. It did leave you wanting to get a drink after though so beware if you are sensitive to salt Noodles were not very impressive though and could be better. But definitely returning in the future. Came to about 40 for two people 2 dishes and a...

The restaurant opened one month ago and we have been there already 4 times, this is how much we like this place!

Service: the owner is very friendly and every time we go there we love how well treated we are. It is always a nice experience to hear about the quality of the ingredients and their cooking methods.

Ramen 🍜: they have a great selection of ramens. I tried the miso ramen with gyoza and chicken (my favourite) and the beef ramen, they are both very good. The portion is of a great size and they are always generous in the amount of toppings they add. For the veggie ramens, my wife tried the tempura veggie ramen (her favourite) and the tofu and she like both of them.

Sushi 🍣 : their sushi is very unique and special. We loved everything we tried so far, espacially the Angel, tuna roll wrapped in omelette served with wasabi mayonnaise. The salmon nigiri with chesse sauce and crispy onions was also something I never imagined to eat in a sushi...
