As a devoted foodie, I simply couldn't resist the opportunity to share my phenomenal dining experience at this incredible Pinza restaurant in Aschaffenburg. From the moment I stepped in, I knew I was in for a treat!

However, what truly sets this place apart is the unmissable dish, the Pinza Dempus. It's a heavenly combination of flavors and textures that left me speechless – a testament to the chef's mastery.

The amazing service I experienced during my visit was the cherry on top. The entire team was attentive and professional, but I must give special recognition to George. His genuine warmth, knowledge of the menu, and ability to make spot-on recommendations elevated the dining experience to a whole new level.

Leider war ich nicht so begeistert von diesem Restaurant. Wir hatten eine Reservierung für 2 Personen. Es waren noch drei 2er-Tische frei. Wir wollten uns eher weiter hinter setzen, wurden aber dann gebeten, uns direkt vorne, Richtung Eingangsbereich an einen Tisch zu setzen. Leider kam hier 1. die Sonne ziemlich schnell hin, sodass es sehr warm wurde und 2. musste sich das Personal quasi jedes mal an uns vorbeiquetschen. An ein ruhiges entspanntes Essen war hier nicht zu denken. Einmal hat sich meine Begleitung nur im Stuhl zurück gelehnt und hätte beinahe ein Tablett vor den Kopf bekommen. Die übrigen Tische blieben übrigens für die Dauer unseres Aufenthalts unbesetzt.

Beim Essen hat das Personal meine Pinsa an einen anderen Tisch gebracht, sodass meine Begleitung und ich nicht gemeinsam essen konnten und ich mein Essen erst bekam, als meine Begleitung bereits fertig war. Aber kalt essen wollte man es ja auch nicht.

Ich hatte die vegetarische Pinsa. Ich habe bereits woanders Pinsa gegessen und muss sagen, das war sehr enttäuschend. Pinsateig, Mozzarella und ne Menge Gemüse... soweit ok. Aber das alles war ungewürzt. Nicht mal ein paar Kräuter oder irgendeine Art von Würze. Man bekam dann einen Behälter mit Öl, Essig, Pfeffer, Salz und Balsamicosoße hingestellt. Mit der Balsamicosoße konnte man es ganz gut essen. Aber wenn ich in ein Restaurant gehe, möchte ich etwas Essen, bei dem der Koch sich über das Zusammenspiel der Geschmäcker und Aromen Gedanken gemacht hat und nicht alles selbst würzen. Da kann ich auch daheim selbst kochen...

Fantastic place if you love Pinsas! Menu is simple, clear and well marked for vegetarian and meaty options. Over all, a great food and cocktails experience.

The location is quite central. Outdoor seating is great if you're okay with smokers around you under a huge umbrella.

Just beware - there's only droplets of gorgonzola on the mozz gorgonzola walnut pinsa. So if you ask them to make sure there's not just 80% mozzarella but actual gorgonzola flavour in the food, you'll be charged €3 extra.
