In a simple if not hidden restaurant, you can eat arguably the pizza of your life! DON'T expect the classic experience pizzeria experience, where you order the classic round pie, here you eat only squared pan pizza...and it's amazing! Everything is geared towards quality and authenticity: the high-hydration dough rests and rises for a long time to develop the flavour and fluffiness that makes it special, the toppings are only of the highest quality and everything is baked to perfection giving you a super-crispy yet melt-in-your-mouth sensation at every bite! I had indeed prepared my taste buds to savor the pinnacle, the absolute, and the pizzas from Maserico took me through countless lands of sweetness, textures, and colors. I almost regret having only tasted them, as the melancholy of the first bite is strong. The nostalgia for such a rare art becomes painful, as it distances me from the source of such delight.

Best pizza in town. You can tell it by the good smell right after you enter the place.

I enjoy more having pizza in pieces like this is as I can try variety of flavors at a time. Definitely enjoy the one with zucchine and tomato. Buonissimo!!! Pizza alla carbonara is very new to me but it deserves a try anyway.

I would prefer the one with gorgonzola and peer without honey cuz honey just makes it way to sweet for my personal taste. If you are not a big fan of sweet thing, you can tell the owner in advance not to put it on top (cuz they put it by default).
