Please do yourself the favor and avoid going here. I’m regularly eating Asian food and I can tell you from every experience I ever had that this one was the worst so far. Once we entered, we got our reserved table very quickly, but that’s where the word “quickly” will appear for the very last time. No one gave us a menu, or asked for ordering drinks, neither for food. For each of these things, we had to reach out to them to ask someone for serving us. I’m fine with waiting for food too, but one hour for some semi warmed up Edamame (some have been cold which lets me assume they have been heated up in the microwave) is simply too much. Then, we needed to wait again more than half an hour for our main dishes, which have been a pure disappointment. We have ordered some vegetarian sushi rolls with Pumpkjn instead of shrimps, but instead we got them with some other kind of fish, even tough the waiter explicitly mentioned the pumpkin while serving them. The ramen was one of the worst I ever ate. The eggs are not cured but plain, the broth tastes like nothing but sour and the noodles are waaaay to thick. Also, the duck hasn’t been cut properly, which makes it super hard to eat with sticks. The waiter seem nice, but I already felt like they’re not even working here because we have been left out any time.

Therefore, please, do yourself the favor and save the money - I promise you that if you buy your Ramen as an instant soup, you’ll have more...

Hatte dort angerufen und wollte bestellen, hatte insgesamt 4 Portionen, unter anderem die 71. Der Herr am Telefon konnte sehr schlecht deutsch, was ja nicht schlimm ist, aber er hat immer die falsche Zahl verstanden. So hat er immer 70 verstanden. Nachdem ich ihm drei mal meine Bestellung gesagt habe, hab ich mir nochmal vorlesen lassen, was er denn jetzt aufgeschrieben hat. Neben meinen 4 Portionen Sushi war natürlich auch die 70 dabei (also 5 Portionen), die ich ja nicht wollte. Hab ihn also noch 3 mal auf verschiedenste Weiße erklärt, dass ich nur 4 Portionen haben will und dass die 70 nicht dazu gehört. Am Schluss hat er mir dann die 4 Nummern richtig vorgelesen, die 70 war nicht mehr dabei, und die Bestellung war abgeschlossen. Abends im Restaurant waren natürlich 5 Portionen eingepackt, eine davon die besagt 70, die ich ja nicht bestellt hatte. Nach kurzer Diskussion des Personals (wahrscheinlich die Chefin mit seinem Angestellten) auf asiatisch oder so, haben sie sich dann dazu entschlossen, die Packung zu öffnen und die 70 wieder raus zu nehmen. Hatte ihm dann natürlich auch erklärt, wie es zustande gekommen ist, dass da die 70 mit dabei war und er sagte nur zu mir „ja ich weiß schon, der is neu, der wird grad erst eingelernt“ Ich hätte es ne schöne Geste gefunden, nach dem Kampf am Telefon und viertel Stunde warten und Diskussion im Restaurant, die paar Stückchen Sushi einfach in der Packung zu lassen und als Kulanz dazu zu geben.
