Room for Improvement: While the service is generally efficient, there's a minor area for improvement. Read morewe came here hungry after a day of unsuccessfully foraging edible mushrooms in the forest – with empty bellies, but minds full of fungi identification facts and hearts warmed by an encounter with wolf's-milk slime. i chose to continue the mushroom theme and ordered the vegan bún bò huế chay including some very yummy shimeji and shiitake, absolutely delicious ! the wait staff were incredibly fast and took such great care of us. our food was served in beautiful blue bowls and accompanied by lots of fresh herbs.
the atmosphere is very cozy, amazing lighting ! the many candles, which are thoughtfully placed around the aesthetic and very healthy looking plants, create a relaxing ambiance. take a look up to the ceiling and discover the vibrantly mesmerizing patterns on the wall, illuminated by the warm rays of the lamps. and a whole family of lovely bubbly bacteria ! they live in jars filled with pickled yummies on top of the the bar. ohh the wonder of fermentation is such a phenomenal thing ✨

Then I waited for another 15 mins and tried to get their attention to order food. They didn’t even look at me, while I try to wave for their attention for several times.
I walked out the restaurant. I brought the menu back to the waitress who were just arranging her hair at the cashier and I told her I had waited for 25 mins. She was clueless. And another waiter was smoking outside, he recognized me and tried to apologize (please just talk but not to touch my shoulder several times). but it’s too late for that.
I was still starving after 10:30 pm. Waste of my...
