Buchcafé — Restaurant in Berlin

Visited the "Cafe" randomly Today to eat Lunch and I already planned to visit this restaurant in future so today was the day ^^

From Outside it looks pretty small but as far as I can see there's a lot more space inside. Due to Covid19 restrictions we ate outside.

The Menu has some great Korean dishes and the prices and portions are fair. The couple who owns the restaurant are very friendly and the service is great.

The food tasted awesome and the owner told me that my chosen meal isn't spicy so I asked him friendly if he can make it spicy and he agreed and I got it more spicy when my food arrived.

My Girlfriend also received a small Keychain as a gift which is cool and she was happy about it.

The only thing that this restaurant needs is maybe Bingsu at least in summer for some refreshing :)

Sadly they don't deliver to Northern Charlottenburg. Otherwise I would order frequently. But anyway I can absolutely recommend the restaurant to all people who love authentic Korean food and I'm going to visit this place again!

I was surprised to see Agujjim which is extremely uncommon dish to be served outside Korea, and also the taste here was even better than the ones I have tasted in Seoul. My 3 other friends who have high standards in Korean dish were also so impressed. Both the owner and the chef were super friendly and very considerate of my condition regarding gluten, and kindly used gluten-free soy sauce I brought to make everything safe for me. Besides the fact that they cook everything fresh with reasonable price, I love how all allergens are stated in the menu, and even the menu is full of authentic Korean dishes that are not typically found in most other Korean restaurants in Berlin. What a hidden gem! I don’t normally write a google review, but here I couldn’t help. I can only highly recommend to check out all the delicious dishes...

Sad that the owner scammed us last time we ordered via Lieferando. We went there to pick up our order, they told us they didn't receive anything. They showed us the empty screen. We showed our order. They insisted they didn't receive anything. So we sent an email to Lieferando to get refunded.

We ordered in person the same and paid with cash. Later Lieferando told us they talked with the owner, who said we never went to pick up the food. In this case Lieferando sides with the restaurant so we don't get a refund.

Sad that the owner decided to scam us 30€ euros. For 30€ euros they are losing not only us as customers, but also...
