Burgermeister totally blew us away! From the very first bite to the last sip, everything was just perfect. The fries with jalapeños were next-level—crispy, spicy, and generously loaded with flavour. And don’t even get me started on the sauces and cheese… truly amazing! Every dip had its own character and complimented the food beautifully.

I also had their mango milkshake, and WOW—it was rich, creamy, and just the right amount of sweet. Easily one of the best milkshakes I’ve ever had. The Cokes were ice-cold and refreshing, and everything was served quickly and fresh.

But what made this visit unforgettable was the exceptional service. The staff was incredibly friendly and warm, chatting with us, checking in often, and making sure we were completely comfortable. You don’t often see this level of genuine hospitality in fast food places—it felt like we were guests, not just customers.

The blueberry cheesecake cookie is a sweet surprise, soft on the inside with just the right amount of crunch. The Double chocolate milkshake is thick, creamy, and pair perfectly with the meal. I have visited many stores in Berlin till now! But yes this is one of the best experiences i have ever had in burgermiester,Hermannplatz. The staff was really amazing and also very polite! The space where they were making burgers were also clean and we can clearly see the hygiene they were maintaining as all the members were wearing towels,gloves.As well as, within 2-3 minutes i got my order and the burger and fries was really amazing! I would really recommend everyone to visit this store once and have experience and obviously! I’m gonna visit this...
