This is a fairly new, pretty easy-going food spot with great tasting vegan Vietnamese dishes. Snacks are crispy & warm, and the mains are good sizes and very flavorful with good-consistency seitan and fresh vegetables. The service is a little unfocused/messy, but friendly.
