Casa Nostra — Restaurant in Berlin

I was visiting Berlin again after a long time and wanted to go to my former local bar in Feuerbach. To my horror, I discovered that it had permanently closed. I wanted to give this Italian restaurant across the street a chance. Apart from two customers, the shop was completely empty, despite a good location and, at first glance, a good menu. The waiter greeted us very unfriendly and when we asked if he happened to know why Feuerbach's rental agreement wasn't extended? (this was evident from the many lovely messages from guests of the former Feuerbach who were stuck to the shop) the waiter, his head turning red, stammered something incomprehensible to himself. Obviously it was the wrong question. Since I was very hungry, I ordered a pizza, which took quite a long time to arrive at the table, despite such a low volume. The pizza was normal, unspectacular, there are better Italians in Berlin. I found the unfriendliness much worse. In this restaurant, hospitality is probably given a very low priority and you didn't feel welcome either. Where is the good old neighborhood bar Feuerbach, which was always a must when...

Went efor dinner with my husband lately Was welcomed and seated really fast and the food came no too long after. I was surprised!!!!! We ordered a risotto which was nothing near it from taste, texture and looks. More like rice swimming in a thick sauce And we also had a vittelo tonado. The veal was good but the Tuna sauce was very thin and tasteless. Now I know how our did arrived so fast

We had to wait for ages for a refill of our wine and drinks. The restaurant was not even full for a Saturday evening.

Again another restaurant that does not accept cards in 2018 is a no go in today's world. If you are looking for authentic Italian food try your luck...

I don't recommend! Pasta was very average (not very good italian food- comparing to real Italian cousins). Waiter was drunk and very rude. Could barely serve our table. Was plain laughet at me hole evening and making really rude comments to me as well as all of his colleagues. We couldn't ask for bill becous he was drunk hungry and was basically stuffing himself with pasta at other table. Food definitely to average (We had pasta and dessert) to be putting up with this...and also you can't pay with...
