Edit! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BRANCH!! After 2 years I decided to give them another go and what a waste of money… See the attached photo of the pizzabrötchen… I have no words to describe the absolute mess this is. (2 years ago) DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BRANCH!!! We never got the pizza!! After 1h30m the pizza was still nowhere to be seen. Then it took 9 times calling until we got someone on the phone so I could cancel the order and they still had the nerve to tell me it would be there in 20 minutes. Since I payed with Paypal the person told me the "boss" was not there so they could not give me a refund!! I had to open a complaint on Paypal!

As much as I like this pizza and it's my guilty pleasure to order it I have to think next time if I don't want to choose another pizzeria. Because this one always come to me cold and I have to put it into the hot oven (turn off already) for 5 mins. And it always take them a bit to much of a time to deliver it to me. I wonder why company decides to deliver pizza to my place from this spot if around my house I have closer domino's than this one. It's a pity.

Hallo, Ich hab mit Kumpel die ganze Zeit draußen vor der Kneipe gewartet und den Fahrer über GPS verfolgt gehabt. An einer Stelle, ganz woanders, verharrte der Fahrer sehr lange aber hielt nie bei uns an !!!! Wir haben über 1 1/2 Std gewartet u dann hieß es die Bestellung sei geliefert. Das ist Betrug!!! Wir beide sind gehörlos und ein Bekannter der etwas hören kann hatte bei Euch angerufen. Der Ansprechpartner war sehr unfreundlich und beendete einfach die Kommunikation. Es sei unser Problem hieß es. Das nehmen wir nicht hin. Wie schon erwähnt wir haben über 90 Minuten draussen gewartet und nach dem Lieferanten Ausschau gehalten. Es kam niemand an der Hausnummer niemand fragte wer die Bestellung gemacht hätte nix nix nix. Wir haben draussen gewartet und keinen Fahrer gesehen! Wir möchten unser Geld zurück. Dass die Bestellung als geliefert abgehakt wurde finde ich es sehr frech. Wo waren denn unsere Pizzen? An andere Leute abgegeben? Hatte bei der Bestellung extra angegeben "Zum Flachbau" da waren wir! Hatten vor der Kneipe gewartet, wo war der Fahrer????? Wenn der Fahrer sich nicht professionell verhält dafür können wir nichts.

Highly recommend NOT ordering from this branch! We ordered a pizza and prepaid for it and it never arrived. When we called to inform them that the pizza never arrived, they were very rude. They told us it did and told us it was not their fault. They wouldn't refund the money or even apologize or tell us where the pizza went. I have never had a such a bad experience before with Domino's before after this one, I won't order...
