The last 5 min of my experience left a very sour taste in my mouth. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars. They need to chill out with the “no bag” rule. I was getting ready to leave, and in the locker area, therefore had my tiny backpack in hand, and then my son runs off back into the museum. So obviously I run after him. It is visibly obvious that I am trying to get my son to come back and leave and within 1 min of being back in the museum I have a lady yelling at me for carrying my backpack. First of all I didn’t even realize it was in my hand I was just thinking about my son. I explained to her yes I know, I’m just trying to get my son back out and we were leaving. She disregarded what I said and continue to be rude and tell me the same thing over again. It didn’t feel like the situation was looked at and she just needed to find someone to get mad at.

We waited more than 45 minutes and the lady at the door said it could take another half an hour or more. People can o lay get in when someone goes out. Also one could make a reservation, but that need around 2 weeks planning in advance or more. So if you want to make it inside and not like us give up, because my three year old wasn’t thrilled (and isn’t used to) standing in line for more than 1.5 hours, you better reserve your spot and maybe if you’re in a group send one person in line and bring the kids with another person to a nearby playground-which in the end was an amazing alternative for us 😅 I’m sure it’s amazing inside, but the entry xp isn’t thought...
Read moreThis is a must-visit museum for families with young children. The spacious and clean facility encourages creative imagination.
Admission is free, but it’s best to reserve your spot online, especially on rainy days, as the museum limits the number of visitors inside. Alternatively, you can visit in the afternoon when there are usually fewer people.
Upon entering, you’ll undergo a security check and can park your stroller in a designated area. You’ll also need to remove your shoes and wear comfortable, non-slip socks.
The museum offers various play areas, including a boat-building station, a ball pool, climbing structures, and more. The possibilities are endless, just like the museum’s design.
To maintain cleanliness, there’s a designated area for lunch. This ensures that the rest of the museum remains tidy and inviting...
