The food is not terrible, but it's not Japanese broth ramen. It's some Chinese guys selling ready made (ie they buy powder and add their ingredients). Sadly ramen is very hard to make, you need a high turnover (i e min 200 bowls / day), and an experienced guy (or gal!) that loves his craft. This place tastes like fake iphone.

The staff are exceptionally friendly and beyond respectful. I highly recommend this place, the quality of food and the quality of service are worth every euro you spend there and more! This is the only thing I'll miss...
