I recently had the pleasure of dining at Restaurant Bruderherz, and it was an experience I would highly recommend. From the moment we arrived, the staff’s warmth and attentiveness stood out. Went to this restaurant on Thursday and the food was delicious and great service. However I forgot my coat and scarf. When I called the next day they said they were too busy to look for it and to call later when the rush would calm down. I called 3 times at 2 hours intervals and each time got dismissed. I ended up taking a taxi to go myself . My coat was hung exactly where I had left it and there was 1 couple in the whole restaurant. Such a poor customer service, I can’t believe it!!

14 oct: Following the dismissive response from the owner below I am adding a picture to confirm that I was at that restaurant and there is no confusion. The customer service is truly lacking. A simple apology would have been enough.

17 Oct: owner finally responded appropriately and offered an apology. I cannot accept their offer for a free meal as I left Berlin already but truly appreciate the gesture. I would not hesitate to go back to this restaurant as the food was excellent and waiters were very attentive. I consider the coat incident as an isolated event, and appreciate the owner reflecting on it. See you next time I...

Arrived there by chance, place was close to our hotel We only stayed for 1 night and this place was just what we were looking to have a nice dinner! We had no reservation (on a Saturday night), arrived around 18h30 and the place was already full! Lucky for us they 'puzzled' a little and found us a spot outside which was very much appreciated! friendly staff, welcoming and helped us with the menu (as we do not speak German). They make their own pasta's so we had to try to it : the one with truffels : wauw! Entrecote very tasty!!! Not just any random Italian restaurant but for sure the best Italian dishes we've had so far! Very cosy interior, two brothers run the show and are supported by a very efficient and friendly team!
