I asked which ice creams were gluten free maybe 3 times, the lady there insisted on two flavors, I got my order, tasted it, it was CLEARLY not gluten free, so I asked again, because I have celiac and eating gluten can cause me various health issues including cancer and other great things (it is not a dietary restriction I decided to go by because I decided, it is literally just me trying to protect my own health after being diagnosed with celiac). The lady decided to call her manager, I was waiting there, feeling like an annoying customer but what can I do? just trying to survive here... I was right, it had gluten, she recommended the only two flavors which had gluten... I didn't want her to feel bad, but what the h... allergies and health issues are a serious thing, it is not that hard to learn what is what and it is literally your job to know these things... I am not feeling well of course because even a bit of gluten is bad for me and for my health. I got my money back, not including the tip I gave before I knew I was getting gluten, but I was too shy to even stand there any longer. Read moreI am very disappointed. I went today to eat an icecream and the pistacchio had a watery taste, and nocciola no taste at all. I used to go there very often and the pistacchio was amazing. There was also another italian family complaining about the low quality of the ice. Pity. I just saw the response from the owner: I'm doubly disappointed because accusing customers of not being human just because they left a bad review about the ice cream doesn't help the situation. Customers can write their experiences in Google and I just wrote mine. He has to accept that customers don't like their ice cream. Read moreWe have been here twice already within 3 days. Somehow tried to avoid it before cause the line scared us. The waiting time was definitely long, like really long for “just” an ice cream. But it was definitely worth it. The ice cream flavors and quality was really good we tried several flavors even though a few were out already on both dates different kinds. You are only able to see the flavors once you enter the shop and sometimes even if they are out on some flavors and they are not marked they tell you. The service was a bit slow…maybe they can organize it differently that one person just is in charge of the paying process and the other one for fixing the ice cream that would definitely speed up the process and they would sell way more ice cream before people frustrated by the wate leave or don’t even come. ..by the way the liquid pistachio/white chocolate frosting cream is der Hammer!!!🙌 We are definitely returning, but hope they can fix the selling process…otherwise I have to bring a chair and a good book…which I wouldn’t...
