EINSTEIN KAFFEE — Restaurant in Berlin

One of the rudest services in the whole city of Berlin. The baristas were kind but the waitress is a very unfriendly person, who does not even look at your face while ordering. Once my coffee was ready, she literally brought the glass and hit it on the table like she was unvoluntarily feeding an animal. I am so schocked. I wish I had read the reviews before coming here; unfortunately this is nothing to do with the usual Einstein Kaffee quality we are used to. The very unfriendly waitress then went back to the cashier area and continued fiddling with her phone. There is absolutely no reason for treating customers like this. Also, you need to order from the table here, so the coffee prices are a little higher. The “large” iced coffee is the “small” size you get in other Einstein Kaffees. The glass is not higher than your regular sunglasses, which is around 250-300ml. No ice cubes in it. Just cold milk. I do not recommend this place if you want to feel welcomed. Before leaving I reported the situation to the very friendly and kind barista....

I was waiting for almost 40 mins until my cheese cake and chai latter arrive on my table lol. Luckily the view was nice, just the service need a lot some improvement. Not cool at all letting your customer waiting for almost 40 mins until their order arrive, you guys evn just have to move the cake to the plate and make chai latte which i think you guys can do it less then 40 mins.

And all the staffs are NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL !!! They deserves zero point, REALLY I hope the owner of this branch in kadewe will take this seriously and make it better Bad service...

I found the waiter there to be very dishonest. When I paid with my card this waiter turned the back of the pos machine towards me not letting me see how much I paid, and when I got home I realised that he had added about a 10% tip to himself. However I was unaware of this and I don't know if he does this to all of his customers. I can tip them for good service, but at least I've never seen a waiter in Germany who added a...
