Watery cappuccino, for what you expect this place to have, the cappuccino is bad... dont go there for the taste.....the owner claims that all the staff are certified baristas, but who knows from where, I know places where the baristas are not certified and they can do way better coffee than this, Coffee Star Origins & Blends over in Marienburger St. for starters......here, they sell machines and thats all that they can do... apparently... and with that in mind, went asking for gasket and a filter replacement for my Bialleti, only to get in an argument and getting a condescending tone, about his extensive knowledge on Bialleti, I have this machine well over 9 years, I know what type of gasket I need....to be talk down didnt suit me, thats when I decided to speak in english on a stronger tone, as I didnt like the attitude.... Owner got into into this dismissing attitude, without any possibility to talk anymore ..... all and all bad costumer service, go somewhere else to get your...

First, I did not feel very welcome with my “cheap” 800$ quickmill machine. The guy still agreed to have a look at the problem only to tell me after what he called an inspection that the machine is unrepairable and the manufacturer sucks anyways. This cost me about 30 €. Gave it a shot myself and found he didn’t even open the machine. Managed to fix the problem myself within 15 minutes (including research). Barely seen such unfriendly and...

Maschine nach Wartung trotz Reklamation nicht zu gebrauchen

Habe meine Espressomaschine bei Espresso & Co zum angegebenen Festpreis warten lassen. Beim Abholen musste ich ca. 15 % mehr zahlen, da zwei Teile ausgewechselt wurden. Merkwürdigerweise wurde dies jedoch vorher nicht mit mir abgesprochen. "Was sein muss, muss sein", dachte ich aber und zahlte trotzdem. Als ich die Maschine dann zu Hause wieder in Betrieb nehmen wollte, funktionierte sie genauso schlecht wie vor der angeblichen Wartung (Milch zu heiß und ohne Schaum, Espresso fließt nur tröpfchenweise in die Tasse und schmeckt entsprechend). Also ging es zurück zu Espresso & Co, damit die Maschine doch noch überholt werden könnte. Beim Abholen erklärte uns der Verkäufer, dass doch alles in Ordnung sei, allerdings müsse ein Teil (Dampfdruckregler) ausgetauscht werden, was er allerdings nicht getan habe, da er der Meinung war, dass ich den Preis dafür nicht zahlen wollte. Es stellt sich mir nun die Frage, warum er das nicht vorher telefonisch mit mir geklärt hat und warum ich überhaupt eine Wartung für einen nicht unerheblichen Preis bezahlt habe. Es ist wohl unnötig zu berichten, dass die Maschine weiterhin keinen auch nur in Ansätzen ordentlichen...
