Guacamole — Restaurant in Berlin

Very tasty burritos, big portions, and delicious desserts. Last but not least: amazing staff!

I ordered today for the first time with Lieferando, there was unfortunately an issue with the delivery and after 50min wait I called the restaurant: they were extremely professional and understanding, not only they immediately took care of the issue (the delivery guy went to a wrong address, so it was not even the restaurant's fault), but they also re-prepared my order so that I could receive it warm! I was only worried about the fries, which are not that tasty if they stay in the cold for too long, so the staff were definitely more than kind!

The second delivery guy was very polite and apologized again for the situation, in the bag I even find an extra piece of chocolate cake that I didn't order :D

So not only they turned an unpleasant situation in a demonstration of great service, but everything in the order was super tasty!

Ich habe hier das erste und auch letzte Mal bestellt. Ich empfinde es als eine Unverschämtheit sondergleichen, wenn der Fahrer bereits dreizehn Minuten vor der eigentlich mit 59 Minuten bezifferte Zeitspanne da ist, aber das Essen lauwarm bis kalt ist.

Das Melado-Hähnchen hätte auch mehr Soße vertragen können. Der Reis war aufgrund seines Wärmezustandes (kalt) nur mit der Salsa genießbar, die ursprünglich für meinen ebenfalls kalten und total feucht-labberigen Burrito Carne gedacht.

Kundenfreundlichkeit definiere ich anders. Hätte ich das vorher gewusst, beziehungsweise direkt ertastet (befand sich in einer Tüte), dann hätte ich niemals über zwei Euro Trinkgeld gegeben.
