Holly — Restaurant in Berlin

Holly is so far the best and most authentic Chinese restaurant I know outside of China. I ate in Chinese restaurants in several cities of Europe (France, England, Netherlands, Belgium) and none of them are even remotely close to Holly in terms of service and food quality. The menu is varied, including several vegetarian options and several dishes I had the opportunity to eat in China as well. The dishes are all excellent, even the veggies. The food is not too spicy, too sweet, salty or fat. The chef does an excellent job at balancing the flavors and playing with the textures of each dish. Service wise, the waiter is very friendly, welcoming and attentive to the custommers, he can also speak English for non-German or Chinese speakers. The dishes arrive fast after ordering. The prices are very good, particularly considering the quality of the dishes. Sides like rice are inexpensive, so you can enjoy the dishes with veggies and rice, as they should be enjoyed !

I had a wonderful dinner at this Chinese restaurant last night. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was excellent.

I started my meal with the eggplant dish, which was simply outstanding. The eggplant was perfectly cooked, and the sauce was flavorful and rich. For my main course, I had the dumplings, which were also very good. The dumplings were plump and juicy, and the dipping sauce was delicious. I also tried the barbecue, which was cooked to perfection and very flavorful.

Everything else I tried at this restaurant was also very good. The vegetables were fresh and crisp, and the rice was cooked perfectly. The service was also excellent. Our waiter was friendly and attentive, and he made sure that we had everything we needed.

Just found this Restaurant randomly and decided to eat something before moving on.

At First it's always a good sign if you see people from the actual country are enjoying food there....always a good sign!

At the Moment you can only find an digital menu by scanning a QR Code in the table you sitting on but it's also a modern way to Order your food. Also due to corona restrictions it's a common way to Order. Easy and Simple. Menu Language is English, Chinese and German.

The selection of food is huge and there should be something for everybody to enjoy. It's authentic mid / northern chinese Cuisine mainly. Many main and Side dishes as well as barbecue ( pre-order ).

The taste was awesome with a variety of ingredients and the portions were absolutely okay! Prices are okay aus well.

Waiter/Waitress are very friendly and helpful!
