Sushi King Berlin — Restaurant in Berlin

We were welcomed into a small but cozy restaurant. We ordered Menu 15 which has 44 pieces of Sushi (Sake Crunchy Roll, Sake Avo Inside-out, Avo Tempura roll, Sake and Kappa Maki, Avo and Ebi Nigiri), Miso soup and Ginger Tea (Ingwertee).

The miso soup is good except that they added coriander to it. It changes the flavor and takes away the real taste of an authentic Miso soup.

For the sushi, everything was fantastic. Fresh and had a good ratio of rice and fish. I personally loved the Sake Crunchy Roll that I ordered another set. For 43€, I think it is more than enough for 2 people to share. We also ordered the Tori Karaage but for only 4 pieces of small chicken parts, it is not worth it.

Overall, I"m giving it an 4 with points being taken off for the addition of coriander in the Miso soup plus for it being on the more expensive side.

Very generic tasting sushi, nothing spectacular and on the somewhat pricey side. Like many dishonest places that try to appeal to modern society with a variety of "credit cards accepted here" pasted at the entrance, the card machine was magically "broken" and "cash only". If you're too broke for card fees or want to do creative accounting, then why even sign up to be a credit card merchant and play the "card terminal is broken" game? Not going to come back here again and filing a complaint with my credit card company - hope businesses like these get delisted and blacklisted as credit...

I’ve eaten here regularly and I really enjoy the sushi here. Value for money is excellent, the decor and feel of the restaurant is very elegant and tasteful. The staff remembered me after I had not visited for a few months. They decorate their sushi platters very creatively and it is just as much a feast for the eyes as it is for the taste buds.
