Just had lunch at this new Italian restaurant. It's home made, original Italian food from Naples. The interior takes you back to Italy, it's cosy and you receive a very warm welcome from the owners. The best part is the food. They didn't promise too much, it truly is proper home made food and that is reflected in the flavour. Really hoped this would be better. Mussels were in too watery a sauce, no hint of wine or flavour. Mamma's pasta was doughy and the pesto just kind of bland. That this is some people's idea of the best Italian in Berlin is terrifying.
