Sen Vegan — Restaurant in Berlin

Very bad experience here. I was served the wrong noodles from what I ordered - okay whatever. But then they tried to trick me and charge me more for tap water. I was given a small glass of tap water which I asked for. Then they tried to charge me 2€ for it despite not saying anything. The bill listed it as a "extra portion of rice" I argued with them and told them no way am I paying this. It's a scam! Another reviewer has also pointed out fake charges. Stay away from this place! They need to be reported to the authorities for trying to scam customers. Unbelievably shady... And in my opinion the food isn't that...

This restaurant has never let us down! I'd love to upload food photos but apparently as soon as my meals are served, I'm forgetting to photograph the plates and as a result I don't have any pictures. The dishes are tasty and they feel healthy. The portions and the selection of fresh ingredients are both generous. The atmosphere of Sen Vegan is rather quiet and soothing. I would also recommend the takeaway / delivery option. Maybe one suggestion for improvement: the takeaway packages could be of compostable / sustainable materials. The interior of the place is really pretty. I liked the ambiance and vibe. The staff was friendly but only spoke German. However, it wasn’t quite difficult to get through to them.
