Kindercafé Wunderland — Restaurant in Berlin

Terrible experience. Worst customer service. We came here with our children (1 and 2 years) and the first treatment with the waiter was terrible. My friend was waiting for me with her son in arms and they immediately tell her that the time it running (3€x hour per child) although she said she was waiting another person and had no sit so she had to remove quickly the jacket of her son so he could play. After we ordered cappuccino and other drinks so we asked with the coffee for a small glass with tap water and they said really rude that they sell water so they wouldn’t give us tap water. The Oder waiter was also really rude, didn’t answer to our questions or thank you. We asked at the end about birthday’s info and the answer was: “I don’t have time for that”. The Coffee was terrible, only milk with water. The place has a door which is always open and we found this really dangerous for small children because they run away to the street. We went for a birthday party. The play area for the kids is great, they can play while the adults talk. I didn't eat anything but the kids bday menu was chip, nuggets etc which is pretty common. We were at the Kindercafé Wunderland the first time today and are absolutely happy about the time spent there. The place is not big, which is an advantage. The selection of food is really nice, including pizzerinis, pasta, salats, cakes and a lot more (also alcohol, which was a bit of a surprise for me).
