KitKatClub — Restaurant in Berlin

I met these Israeli guys who flew in just for the music. They told me that the "no black" was just a Joke, because everyone in Berlin wears Black LOL. I am a lone female traveler & I was the 1st in line. The bouncer made me go back outside to wait. I had to pay 30€ cover. Water is 3€ a bottle. For the first time ever, I felt like I "belonged" somewhere. I FELT SAFE, & I've been to clubs in the USA, Paris, UK, Puerto Rico, Stockholm..... & So Far, KitKat is #1 on my list. It's because of the People. Most swingers clubs in general are places with OLD people. Not here! I've hung out in many clubs, but I only hooked up with one guy in Paris-- just to give you an idea of how Selective I am. And it took me a few hours, but I finally found a Brazilian guy who was hot enough to have fun with. I make sure to use protection here, because I think 70% of the population is bi & even though I don't understand German, I see the S T D signs on the trains. I didn't get my DVP that I wanted, so I'm tempted to go back again lol! You need to make sure you bring plenty of cash because you Will get thirsty. If you don't smoke, then you would hate this place because the air does get filled with smoke. But it's Berlin, everyone smokes here. I Wish I could find a club like this "back home" :(

I prefer reggaeton music, but once you chill out & realize that this is the place where you can totally be yourself because the guys are respectful, then you will let loose and have a blast. As a girl, you always have to have your guard up because I get hit on all the time in public. (And the reggaeton culture comes along with machismo guys).

I Did dance inside the Cage a lot, because I felt like I needed my SPACE, because the dance floors get really packed, and I'm Short. I don't want random people touching me, but every time a guy wanted my attention, He Asked 1st. So I really appreciate that the guys were respectful. It truly makes the world of a difference!

The guy I hooked up with was a Pisces, so I knew it would be short lived from the get-go. He wanted to move somewhere else at 1 point when we were doing it because he said one guy was getting too close for his comfort because He is Straight.

I spent 80€ to buy a really cool D ! c k $ top at the store near the club.

Next time I go, I will probably just be N ude from the beginning. It's a place where I feel comfortable enough to actually walk around full N ude, which I did After I hooked up with the guy.

But then he disappeared and I already knew he wanted more girls. (& I want more Guys And girls, I'm just too picky). I did find him with a girl I wasn't attracted to later on. He said he likes to socialize, and I honestly don't need to socialize to have $ 3 x.

I turned down a lot of people. One guy asked if he could "service" me (& be my slave basically). I don't like to lead people on, so I reject them right away if I'm not attracted to them. So bring your own Cash to pay for your own drinks if you're a girl like me. (I Don't let guys buy me a drink if I'm not interested I mean). That's just me though.

The bouncer Did ask me if I was on the "Guest list," & I said No, but he still let me in anyways. (I'm a petite Asian girl).

I wore bright purple leggings, a crop top with crystal fringe, and they told me to Change, so I put on my bikini tops and thong with my tan colored hiking boots. The floors will get dirty, so Don't wear nice shoes you don't want to get messed up. And your clothes and hair Will smell like smoke when you leave. I had NO Makeup on, but neon green tips manicure (& 2 nails broke off) fyi.

I basically danced all night because I'm trying to lose weight. I left the club around 7AM. I think I got there at 8PM.

Before you Go, make sure you know how you can get back home. There is usually reroutes and disruptions on the weekends. I had to ask people for help because the train i needed wasn't working until you reached a certain point.

Bring ear plugs and maybe a fanny pack or small purse...

The staff and the guys at the door at KitKat is fooled by young visitors. Youngsters who have a problem with their girls accepting someone different maybe not as good looking as them. You might be better off at Insomnia Sissyphus or Berghain that’s bullying at KitKat unfortunately and ageism; one might not have - measures like a model nor look like one - Unfortunately the bouncers have become a newer generation which is keen in finding or hunting someone and it only depends who’s complaining first I have seen now a lot of cases where friendly people have been „thrown“ out with no good reason they have just been at the wrong spot in the club at the wrong time, it seems to become seriously childish Mr. Mark is head of security and should also be aware of same more, it’s a shame having seen good free spirits been thrown out and as coming as a foreigner often I have noticed same; it was always a kinky and CRAZY party place now it seems it changes more and more and what a shame especially as Kitty was an institution and It’s a club based on the lovely spirit hat guests want to party despite who or what they are, they wanna have a good time, as long nobody has a physical fight things are fine, that’s the principal even at Fox and Badge as well as Torture Garden London! The purpose of Kitty was whatever anyone wants to do inside stays inside. It made me sad to see and witness a lot of wrong decisions by the staff-bouncers (not the nice ones at the bar). KitKat became a dual internal world - the real Kitty as it was and „The bouncers environment created“ sorry but that’s the truth guys you need to work on this Kitty is not an Opera or Museum it is meant to party enjoy and be crazy and be as you are - if the bouncers don’t have a problem with intoxicated people by the drug alcohol but if other drugs - even legal - are consumed you will be „monitored“ that’s living in the past! In the 70ties People party drugged themselves way more! The club was always for sure a gamechanger and lifechanging to some amongst us but unfortunately things have changed! This is a hard and honest review be assured you’ve read a 100% accurate review! 👍🏻 if you wanna get in especially on weekends, strictly NO jeans, NO white sneakers, no „regular-daily“ cloths; outfit can be colorful or kinky, even a costume will be fine! Go with the flow on KitKat and enjoy the unique vibe! … be careful with the bouncers as the created their own BOUNCER KINGDOM with KitKat - SAD BUT TRUE, you guys are changing Kitty to the worse and your reputation as well. Go hunting in the woods rather then hunting guests, so sad but true… :( leave people some privacy and don’t touch their undies while checking them you transforming the experience at the entrance into an interrogation !! Even if been asked to change the review I will only do it once the BOUNCERS POLICY AND THEIR BEHAVIOR IS...

I was in Berlin briefly so I went on a Thursday since I didn't have the availability to go during the notorious Saturday (according to the other reviews). I learned about this club because of its reputation and I mainly did research through these reviews since the website info/online articles suck and are often out of date.

When I went, it was near some food places that were open pretty late which helped. There is an ATM outside if you need cash as it is a cash only location, but try to make sure you have enough cash from the get-go because the ATM has ridiculous fees. Entry fee was 25 Euros for me and my partner each, and drinks inside were generally 3-10 euros depending on what you get, and water if not free like in the US, so plan accordingly. It is easy to get thirsty in this club.

For dress code, they do strictly monitor what you are wearing. Avoid any streetwear. My partner wore boots and a revealing outfit, and I wore a more formal outfit with three layers. However, when I went in AFTER paying, I was told I needed to be topless, so I put my extra layers on a clothes hanger and handed it in with my phone. They are VERY strict about phones which is completely understandable, and I saw two people get bounced very fast for sneaking them in, so I advise respecting this rule or this is not the place for you.

Once again, I was there during a Thursday so only one floor was open. There are areas where you can openly have sex or participate in BSDM activities. There is a BDSM menu and also a DJ who played the best music I've heard at a club, but my standards are low because I'm used to the USA's garbage pop music in clubs compared to actually good electronic music. Since it is an international attraction, staff will be able to answer your questions in English and there will be a lot of people from all over the world in this club.

With that being said, there is a lot of open sexual activity occurring in the club, and if you are not willing to dress for it or prepare for this, this may be an uncomfortable experience for you, so keep that in mind. Most people I met were respectful, but I did witness someone really try to take advantage of the space and make unconsensual moves on a few people. Since you won't have your phones here and this is a sexual club, you need to be careful and be on the lookout if anyone's a creep. Navigate this properly, and if you're a weirdo who doesn't know how to ask, don't come here, you're not welcome.
