MANO CAFE — Restaurant in Berlin

I’ve been coming to this bar for years but unfortunately the relatively new girl they hired lately with dark lipstick tonight (19:00) was extremely aggressive, rude, dismissive, condescending and arrogant.

I Work in a bar myself and know exactly how gastronomy jobs feels but it wasn’t even a busy day and I consider myself a very Respectful and polite person and definitely didn’t deserve to be treated like that.

I’ll give it another visit next time because I like this place and if she still has the same attitude towards anyone (not only me), then I’ll consider that bar a no go for me and all my circle of friends.

I’d strongly suggest to protect your business by hiring appropriate staff no matter how casual the atmosphere and vibe is.

Nice place in total, but most likely won't be back. Cocktails are of okay quality - the bar book needed to be constituted on one of my orders (Tor zur Hölle) and for what I suppose to be an OG Cocktail was just okay (mix of rhubarb and lime juice was jus to much on the bitter and acid side). On a positive note my request for a white Russian with oat milk (instead of cream) was easily carried out by a different bartender with a style and mixing relation I find agreeable in total.

Crowd is of a mixed nature in background and age and one immediately notices that this place has been around for a while (in a good way). Would recommend if you are in the area but won't get out of my way...

It’s an amazing bar to have drinks in Berlin. The five stars are for the day I went there when two girls were managing the bar and the drinks that day. You could feel that they were really well made and those girls were taking care of the bar and the atmosphere in a really good way. The drinks and the music were amazing. And then, we came back on the next day, because we really loved the experience. And then, two other guys were the ones taking care of the place. We ordered the same drinks - Negronis and Moscow Mule, but we felt they were different. They weren’t that careful and the experience was different.
