I went there for Christmas Eve. I dealt with a brunette tatooed girl. By the way they were three behind the counter and looked completely overwhelmed for a few clients (like 10 people). I don't want to judge their capacity of working under stress but I can tell that they were talking very hard to some customers. Anyway I asked the girl for a meet that she didn't know (Tournedos), maybe it only exist in France, I can respect that so she told me she has something similar. I trusted her and ask a cut for one person. She goes weighting and wrap it and then asked me for 9,87€. She gave me 330g of an unknown meet (A bit big but anyway I like meet so I took it). I found it a bit expensive but it was Christmas (alone) so I paid and left. Once home, I opened the paper to discover the meet and see a big part of fat. So I take my scale and with the meet (with the fat) and discover that the real weight is 294g (see photo 1). For this kind of price I thought that it may have done a bit of difference but I thought maybe my kitchen scale is not calibrated as their so can't prove that they are faking the weight. However, I cut out the piece of fat and weighted it (see photo 2). And surprise: 112g (even more if it was their scale). I asked the girl for a tender piece of meet without fat. I ended up with a meet (not that good by the way) with a huge piece of fat (that can't be used for cooking or anything else) of 112g. You ad the 46g (difference between their scale and mine) of nothing. Finally I paid for 158g of nothing. Considering the price of this meet, They made me paid 5,14€ (of the 9,87€) for NOTHING! Basically they charged me 9,87€ for a meet that cost 4,72€. Thank you then, I'll remember that Christmas Eve forever...

I was planning to go here for more than a year, and I have to say the burger was as good as expected. I took the burger without the bun, because I cannot eat it. They told me I can bring my own bun the next time and they would create the burger with it. Great thing! However, I would suggest to add a wheat-free or gluten-free bun to their card to close this service gap. The meat and the bacon were really delicious and the overall taste is an explosion for the taste buds. A must try for all meat lovers. They buy/produce local and/or fairtrade. Appreciate and support it! Well done guys!

I went to this butchery to try their famous burger. It was really good especially their bacon which tastes amazing ! Nevertheless the meat was a bit to cook for my taste, well done when I prefer medium rare. Plus, they could be a bit more generous with the cheese, the slice is very thin. Overall a very good place for burger just not the best value for money. (I paid 14,5€)

Probably the freshest and juciest burger I have ever eaten however I was disgusted by the fact, that woman who cashes in the money, with the same fingers and without any gloves grabs the rolls and put the green stuff inside. This is an absolute H&S no-go, Also the guy frying burgers used only one glove to hold the tongs to flip the burger but the rolls he flipped with a hand without a glove. Complete misunderstanding of the hygiene...
