McDonald's — Restaurant in Berlin

Today was the last time I'll eat at any McDonald's ever. I ordered sign surf turf beef menu with no "BACON". for 11,39 First of all the sandwich wasn't like the picture at all !!! And when I started to eat it, I found small pieces of "BACON" inside it!!! And that means they didn't make a new sandwich for me, they only remove some of the bacon from it !!!! I looked at the box to be sure, and I found the word no bacon!!! I went to the lady at the counter and I gave her the sandwich telling her the problem, she didn't say a word just took it and went a way then I said thanks I really don't want anything from you, and I went back to my seat. I stayed there with my friend and our kids for about 15 minutes and no one came to me and say any...

At around 23,50 I was anti-greeted by a fair-haired lady in her senior years wearing glasses who (to my English welcoming request) responded roughly that she did not speak and did not understand English. I reworded slowely my order replacing "one" with "einer" to which she shrugged and kept pretending I was speaking Marcian to her. I kept on pronouncing as articulate as I could - literally in syllables - to which she DID finally accept my order. I smiled (I AM a very patient person) and said "You see, you do speak and uderstand English very well" - "NEIN!" she cut me short. I felt very bad and frustrated.

I don't know, guys, it this really a way to address open-minded foreigners in a European capital?...

I've jumped in to get a breakfast, as usual. After bringing the order home I've realized that the jam was not packed correctly and spilled all over the bag. So everything I've ordered was soaking in jam, and no jam was left to actually eat. Made a complaint, the owner sent me a letter which had to be shown to the manager to get a free breakfast as an excuse. Fantastic, I thought. When I came back to show that letter the manager told me to go away, and that the letter is not valid. She won't be giving me anything. Awesome service, fantastic branch, 0/10.
