CUCCIS — Restaurant in Berlin

I recently visited Cuccis at Gesundbrunnen train station and had an awful experience. I made a card payment, and the point-of-sale system showed the transaction was successful. However, the woman working there insisted it didn’t go through and demanded we pay again. My wife, in a panic to catch our train, paid on her card a second time.

We were effectively charged twice, and despite our efforts to resolve this on the spot, we received no help or acknowledgment. To make matters worse, their website doesn’t work, and there’s no phone number available for dispute resolution.
