Nhat - Nguyet Quan — Restaurant in Berlin

Avoid! Horrendous service and bad food. Unpleasant experience.

Words cannot describe the poor and rude service.. It started when we ordered tap water they, said they didn’t have it, looked irritated and went in.

Then we had to wait for a long time to order, but this was not the worst part.

Got the wrong food. Looked nothing like the picture next to the dish. Tried to ask her, she just looked at us with a sour look and went in.

Not a picky eater, and thought “oh well, let’s try it”.

And it was so bad

Went in to explain again that it’s the wrong food “No it’s not” “But in the menu it says crispy beef and and we got steamed beef” “Druckefehler!!” (Misprint) “But I can’t know if there is a druckefehler?” “Geh weg!”

But wouldn’t you tell a guest if they are ordering something which has a misprint?

Most likely the worst restaurant...

We are from NYC and was just passing by and decided to go with the first restaurant we see from our airbnb. Big mistake. We should have looked at reveiws first. The waitress with long black hair and glasses was quite rude and unwelcoming. She also didn’t ask if we wanted drinks, nor did she offer a high chair for my kids. Because of her, the place didn’t feel family-friendly at all. I’m giving this restaurant one star only because the food was at least decent—nothing amazing, just okay. Will we be coming back? Definitely not. Looking at past reviews, it seems poor service is a recurring issue. While we were eating, there was a lady behind us who walked out and left, dissapointed after going through the menu with the same waitress.

Wir kommen aus New York City und waren nur zufällig in der Gegend. Wir entschieden uns, gleich das erste Restaurant in der Nähe unserer Airbnb auszuprobieren. Großer Fehler. Wir hätten besser vorher die Bewertungen gelesen.

Die Kellnerin mit langen schwarzen Haaren und Brille war ziemlich unhöflich und unfreundlich. Sie fragte uns nicht, ob wir etwas trinken möchten, und bot auch keinen Hochstuhl für meine Kinder an. Wegen ihr wirkte das Restaurant überhaupt nicht familienfreundlich.

Ich gebe diesem Restaurant nur einen Stern, weil das Essen zumindest einigermaßen in Ordnung war – nichts Besonderes, nur okay. Werden wir wiederkommen? Ganz sicher nicht.

Wenn man die bisherigen Bewertungen liest, scheint schlechter Service ein wiederkehrendes Problem zu sein. Während wir aßen, verließ zudem eine Dame am Nachbartisch enttäuscht das Lokal, nachdem sie mit derselben Kellnerin die Speisekarte...

I had the pleasure of dining at Nhat - Nguyet Quan in wonderful company recently, and the experience was fantastic! The restaurant provided a family-friendly atmosphere, and the service was polite and attentive.
