O Der Burger — Restaurant in Berlin

Horrible experience, we were sitting on the terrace having some drinks and spending a good time before ordering our food, when a very aggressive drunk guy came and sat on our bench. He was talking and heavily spitting, which clearly bothered all of us plus making insecure the girl sitting right next to him. She felt harassed, and even though we calmly told him several times to leave, he would continue making us feel uncomfortable. We decided to tell the restaurant owner, asking him to do something since he owes that space, and his only response was "this is Berlin, get used to it". Absolutely embarrassing and disrespectful behaviour towards his clients, he showed no empathy and allowed his business to be an insecure place where drunk people can harass women with no problem. I firmly recommend this owner to rethink his human values, it is his space and costumers deserve a better behaviour when being badly treated. Of course we immediately left, and I hope his pathetic response keeps costumers away of this non-welcoming restaurant. The joint was almost nice. The cashier was inconsiderate, careless and lackadaisical and immediately gave the place an unwelcome feel. We arrived as a large group and ordered our food, which arrived almost instantly. The burgers were essentially microwaved beef without any taste. The cheese was more solid than the beef. Me and my boyfriend went there to have dinner and even-though the food was quite good except of the chili burger that was just impossible to eat, the service was absolutely horrible; very rude, not caring of our table at all so drinks took ages to come out and whenever you wanted to ask something they were redirecting you to someone else and having the feeling of annoying them.
