Coffee itself and the interior are really nice, the food is ok (nothing fancy, just ok), but waiting times and service are unacceptable. We ordered two cafe lattes, scrambled eggs (Rührei) with bacon and Norwegian breakfast, which included a glass of juice. Coffees arrived 15-20 minutes after ordering, both food plates were served about 35-40 minutes after ordering. They didn't bother to inform us that it would take so much time. There was no juice with Norwegian breakfast, so we asked the waiter that we would like to get the juice. The waiter nodded, asked what kind of juice we want and disappeared. The cream had visible particles of what appeared to be hardened gelatine in it, which made the texture very unpleasant. It was impossible to enjoy the dessert, and I was left feeling disappointed and frustrated.

Additionally, the cheesecake itself lacked any real flavor, and the crust was dry and crumbly. It was evident that the dessert had been sitting out for a while, as it was not fresh or appetizing in any way.

Overall, I would not recommend this café's New York cheesecake to anyone looking for a delicious dessert. It was a complete letdown, and I would advise anyone to avoid it at all costs.
