I ate here with my friends just today. I suggested this restaurant to them thinking it was a good opportunity to introduce them to Filipino cuisine.

Sadly what we got was waiting indoors in a hot restaurant and where we had to wait 60 to 90 mins for our order. I felt embarrassed here not only because I suggested this place but I felt embarrassed that this is one of the only two Filipino restaurants in Berlin representing the our country, cuisine, and culture.

In the end I would not recommend this place. The staff was fine, and even quite nice, but they seemed a little unprofessional and they should have told us early on how long our orders would have taken.

For those that miss Filipino food or are carving for it, I would not recommend this place either. The food was acceptable but not worth the wait period.

If anyone wants Filipino food. I suggest to just use a meet up app or site and try to meet other Filipinos and have a Filipino cook out.

Epic disaster and a poor representation of The Philippines. Pinoy Pride this restaurant...

We ordered Lechon, Longanisa and pork Sissig with Garlic and normal rice. The owner is a nice Filipina and cooks all the food herself. It was my second time there and I would definitely go again. I recommend going with a few people so you can share and try more dishes. I always order the Lechon and garlic rice since those are my favourite. The Longanisa I would recommend buying in an Asian supermarket yourself since the dish is a bit too expensive for rice and two small sausages. The Sissig was a bit too sour/vinagar-heavy for me. The location isn't too good since you have to walk 10-15 min from the nearest train stop and you need to consider the time you spend there. Since the owner is alone in the kitchen she said one dish needs 15 mins, so with three dishes we almost waited 45 mins. But since I like this place more than the other Filipino restaurant (that I know of) I will gladly...

We tried their Buffet, cost 17,90€ each.

Tamarind soup was nice, Lechon (Fried Pork Belly) was too hard and over-fried. The other food was either over-seasoned or too salty. Gulamon (Grass Jelly Drink) is nice.

My friend who did not go for the buffet option, had to wait super long to get her food served. Also our drink took forever to be served. Serving time is way way way too slow considering there is only another table beside us in the restaurant (but they also eat the buffet option, why does it still takes forever to serve even the drinks)

I usually eat a lot when I go to buffet, this is my first time eating so less for buffet. Nice way to try out different Philippines dishes with this price, but definitely...

Being a Filipina abroad, sometimes I really miss the food I grew up eating so I look for authentic Pinoy restaurants that really hit home. I first visited this restaurant in 2015 and came back two years later with friends who've never tried this cuisine. One was vegan/vegetarian and the others were meat lovers--they were all satisfied! Although their menu has an extensive selection, some of the foods I craved weren't available like pork BBQ, palabok, maja blanca, ube ice cream, biko, calamansi juice, etc. I wish they had these items but I'd still give them 5-stars considering we ordered a lot of food and drinks for 4 people and only had to pay 85 euros!
