SaPhi Sushi & Poké — Restaurant in Berlin

Superb poke bowls, super tasty and healthy, highly flexible and customizable meals. If I were to nitpick I would add some soup or other option for starters/nibbles, and maybe some more tea options.

Update: sadly I have to revise my review, last time I was there the bowl I got had frozen avocado, corn that I didn't ask for and no hot drinks available. When I communicated this to the staff they didn't even offer replace the avocado or compensate in any other way, and the guy said "oh its STILL frozen?" suggesting they always freeze their avocados.

I gave it a try and i was impressed by the Choice of Ingredients and the unique Dressing. It felt i little bit like exploring different Combinations of them and what they create in your Mouth. The Cashews where roasted and a DREAMMATCH with the Salmon. Cant wait to try their Vietnamese Cashews in the Future, since i never had some. Really really tasty and makes you leave with the Impression you did something good...

Da ich den Begriff "Ohana" aus dem Lieblingsfilm meines Neffen kannte, konnte ich nicht anders als den Schritt hinein zu wagen.

Das Restaurant ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und das Design harmoniert mehr als perfekt mit der Speisekarte. Die Pflanzen an der Decke und das Surfbrett-Menü Karte an der Wand verhelfen dem Kopf definitiv zu einem kurzen Loslassen des Alltages.

Der Tresen ist offen und man kann sich zu seinem belieben seine Bowl zusammen Stellen. Die Auswahl ist sehr gut ausgewählt und jedes Element passt mit jedem zusammen...man kann also gar nicht ein Gericht Zusammenstellen was nicht schmeckt!

Für die Leute die sich beim Auswählen der einzelnen Bestandteile schwierig tun gibt es vorgeschlagene Bowls. Und wenn man hier trotzdem kleine Extrawünsche hat, passt das Personal diese liebend gerne an. Das was mich am meisten umgehauen hat ist die Soßenvielfalt. Ich habe jede Soße probiert und fast jede Kombination getestet...die Soßen sind definitiv die wie Kirsche auf der Torte! Ein kurzes geplaudere mit dem netten Mann am Tresen hat ergeben, dass die Soßen täglich frisch gemacht werden und die Rezeptur auch Eigenkreation ist.

Bei Mama schmeckt es bekanntlich am besten und genau das schmeckt man in diesem Laden raus.
