We visited this restaurant for a business lunch. The Staff was not welcoming when we entered the restaurant. Their business lunch menu was very limited and all dishes were the same price €7,90. We ordered Chicken Biryani, Chicken Tikka and Chole masala with Naan. The food was neither Indian/Pakistani nor German style (they said all dishes prepared in German style). The food taste was not good and there was no flavour in any of the dishes. The Naan was pathetic and tasted sour (it was not freshly made and frozen/readymed Naan). We conveyed the same feedback to the restaurant Staff. The WORST part was, they DON'T HAVE a TOILET at the restaurant and if you want to use the toilet then you need to cross the (busy) road and visit the hotel on the opposite side. The Staff was unfriendly and not welcoming. Overall it was a bad experience. Not recommend. Note: The restaurant didn't charge us 1L of water as a compliment for the bad experience.

We visited this place today on a rainy evening for dinner and truth be told, we were pretty satisfied with the food. Though it was a bit confusing from the menu as the dish descriptions are not appetizing, the taste was okay. We started with mango Lassi which was a little bland. Then our main course dishes were Chicken Mughlai and Mutton bhuna with Basmati Rice. Both tasted good. Nothing overwhelming but good. Obviously the preparations were not authentic. We finished off with Elaichi milk tea which was okay but also lacked depth of flavor. The liquor was also pretty light. To sum it up, room for improvement is everywhere.

Extremely disappointing. It is mine and my husbands 3rd wedding anniversary today, and we’d been in bed all day with a rotten cold, but as we started to feel better I found this place local to our hotel to enjoy the remainder of our celebration. I really wish we’d not bothered getting up. The outside is inviting and a really lovely location - hence the 2 stars. Unfortunately that’s where the positivity ends. We were shown to a table by a miserable waitress, who made me feel pretty uncomfortable. We ordered a Turka Dal and butter chicken as a main, with a chappiti and cheese naan (and rice obviously). The butter chicken tasted like tomato soup - genuinely it was like a thick soup, not at all what is expected from their own menu description. The chicken was so soft and mushy, my husband left 3/4 after a few mouth fulls. I had the Turka Dal and it was the most bland dish I’ve ever tasted. Gross. The cheese naan was poor quality, the chapatti was dry, the real star of the show was the rice! The entire time the waitresses were stood behind us faffing with cutlery and clashing about which did the opposite of making us feel at ease. The male host was the best out of the 3. He knew we weren’t happy with our meals, but by this point we wanted to leave and go to the supermarket to get some tea in to cook at home. We absolutely love Indian food, and everywhere we travel abroad always seek out a local to try, this place is by far the worst we’ve...

Food was decent. Bathura was the most delicious. Korma was quite flavorless. Naan're pretty small, garlic naan did not seem to have any fresh garlic on, and cheese naan barely contained any cheese. Reason under the poor rating is mainly triggered by extremely poor and bad handled customer service by a young lady wearing glasses. We arrived at the restaurant with a Yums discount, confirmed via e-mail and via the app. We called the restaurant telling them specifically that we'd arrive 5mins late with a reservation made with The Fork, and also told the waiter upon arrival, we came with the Fork. When paying, they did not only NOT apply the discount, but the lady persistently insisted and argued in very bad manners that she would not apply it because I did not specifically mentioned when sitting and before ordering that I had a discount. Never had this experience, not even when having a normal discount at any of The Fork's restaurants. Even so, if the restaurant knew I was coming with The Fork (as mentioned, informed more than once), why didn't they even apply the normal 20% off they claim to have? Will never come back nor will I recommend this place. Should I suggest training the staff to consult first with the manager before getting all defensive? We would definitely have tipped better if this would not have happened. Please also consider removing yourselves from The Fork if you'd not like to abide yourselves to...

We went to "Shezan restaurant" Berlin after seeing its rating of 4.4. 1 star Without a doubt for good quality and taste of RICE. SORRY for LONG POST. 1.SERVICE WISE - Too Rude, Delayed, unattentive, No respect for Guests EXAMPLE : we told them for bottle of water from room temperature first he replied he will put bottle in hot water then we asked dont you have one he replied yes we have it's in the Keller but don't want to bring.(we understand may be due to rush hours he said).we got chilled bottle of water which already opened without cap. Our order took 50 MINUTES which is not a big order it's just Shahi paneer n Chicken Sabzi with 1 Naan. *SHAHI PANEER was okay but CHICKEN SABZI is with literally RAW GOBHI and when we told them they said German People liked it like that it's according to their taste we told them it's okay but still Gobhi is Raw EPIC REPLY from one of the waiter sometimes when their are lots of guests than we thinks it's okay let it be go like that.(Carelessly). we ordered 2 curries so according to menu card we got 2 rice bowls .At the time of checkout waiter told us 1 rice bowl we gave you free of cost which is not. If curries are not tasty how do you finished two bowls of rice . Which is so DISRESPECTFUL. They are so arrogant. I am Suggesting Please Go Shezan, and Have your own Experience. I am not suggesting anyone that DO NOT GO SHEZAN. For us it's not worth going their n spending...
