I recently visited this kebap restaurant and in general was quite disappointed with my experience. I ordered a Döner and a Dürüm. While the bread for the Döner was just fine, the wrap for the Dürüm was a different story — it tasted raw and hard, almost like paper, even after being heated up. It seems like they might be using a very low-quality wrap.
The kebap meat itself wasn't too salty, which is a positive compared to some worst kebap stores. But unfortunately, it was completely flavorless and far from what you'd expect from a proper kebap. The overall quality of the food is far from tasty.
On top of that, the staff were a bit off-putting. They spoke some broken German and Arabic, which is unique for a "Turkish" kebap place, but what bothered me more was their judgmental attitude — making low-level jokes about other foreigners right in front of customers. This felt unprofessional and uncomfortable, especially considering they are foreigners themselves.. The only real plus is the location; it's conveniently located near Heidelbergplatz, but honestly, with the nearby Aldi just a few steps away, grabbing a snack there might be a better option.
Would not recommend unless you are in desperate need of food...
Read moreAbsolut aufmerksame Mitarbeiter.
Ja. Dann aber Yaprak.
Gibt es bessere Adana in Berlin? Wenige.
Aber am Ende ist es UNSER "Dönermann"...
