This wine bar/restaurant is excellent. There's not a lot of choices for food if you're starving, but the selection that is available is extremely delicious and pairs perfectly with all the wine on offer.

The wine is all from the in-house vineyard and covers a wide variety of flavors and tastes. Everything from a super dry rose to a super sweet Riesling. There's definitely something for everyone available. I love sweeter wines myself, but wanted to try something new, and the staff there was incredibly knowledgeable about all the wine and helped me to pick out something new to taste.

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and it just feels like an excellent mom&pop establishment with a quality product. The hospitality is top notch.

The aura and ambiance of the bar/restaurant is very nice and it's tucked perfectly away in the center of the city in such a way that makes it easily accessible, but yet relaxing and comfortable. You almost feel like you're relaxing on your own, at your own home.

If you are in Bernkastel-kues I can not recommend this place enough. Enjoy a nice evening on their patio with a glass of excellent wine, and a perfectly baked Flammkuchen to satisfy your appetite.

What a hidden gem! Flammkuchen was authentic and delicious (the kitchen had definitely a mom's touch). Easily able to get a vegetarian option. Very fast service, friendly and easy interaction even though we didn't speak any German. Wine was abundant and well priced. Please go here! They deserve a full-house...

Waren gestern in ihrer schön angelegten Idyllischen Weinstube. Der Außenbereich hat uns sehr angesprochen, so daß wir uns sehr gefreut haben, daß Sie uns einen Tisch für 19Uhr angeboten haben. Als wir nach einer Stunde pünktlich zu Ihnen kamen, hatten wir uns gefreut , daß scheinbar der Tisch für uns reserviert war. Scheinbar. Dennoch möchten wir uns bei Ihnen bedanken, so konnten wir eine sehr schöne Gastronomie mit bemerkenswerten Service finden. Schade das Sie Ihre Gäste scheinbar nicht so ernst nehmen, wir hätten sehr gerne bei Ihnen gegessen und leckeren Wein getrunken. Empfehlen kann ich Sie auf Grund dessen leicht nicht.
