Very bad customer service.

I went there last week in my break and just wanted to grab a quick snack for me. I asked the lady what's in the pizza, she told me it's with mushrooms, I took it. After biting I realised it's with ham. I went back and told the lady it's not mushrooms only, the lady quickly went in the kitchen without even answering. Another lady came up and asked what's the matter, I told her that the pizza is with ham and your colleagues misinformed me.

Instead of apologizing she replied that it's written on shelf what's inside the pizza. I said there were couple of pizza pieces and this is why I asked your colleague. She said but you have to read and I replied what if I cannot read? She replied "it's your fault then you first go learn reading and learn German before you buy anything". I could not believe if she is saying this for real coming herself from another country and not speaking German better than me. I asked her if she is seriously discriminating me if I can't read and she said again "yes, it's your own fault".

I left the pizza there and left the bakery and heard her saying on my back "Ausländer... something".

The bakery is in a location with all international organizations (DHL, Telekom, GIZ, UN, etc.) and still their staff behave like this.

If you happen to be in this area, avoid...

I come here frequently because it's close to me and the food is good and it is a nice looking place, but the staff is incredibly unfriendly and unprofessional time and time again. I worked in customer service myself and it isn't always easy but some are rather abrasive and they are loud as well. I was trying to work on something but couldn't concentrate because one of them was watching tik toks at full volume right next to me. I'm not saying they are all unfriendly and forgive me if it came off that way but it hasn't been an isolated...

Die Kampsfiliale liegt in der Nähe meines Arbeitsplatzes und ich war schon öfters in der Mittagspause dort um Produkte zu kaufen. Am 06.03.25 gegen 11:00 Uhr habe ich dort zum ersten mal etwas zum "vor Ort" essen bestellt (belegtes Brötchen und Kaffee). Anschließend wollte ich auf die Toilette (im Keller) und musste an der Tür feststellen, dass man sich erst einen Schlüssel holen muss. Also wieder hoch zur Theke zurück und nach dem Schlüssel fragen. Dann der Schock, es stank bestialisch nach altem Urin. Ein aufgestellter Raumduft und die Papierhandtücher waren leer. Insgesamt machte die Toilette den Eindruck, dass da tagelang keiner mehr sauber gemacht hat. Als ich den Schlüssel zurückgab, habe ich den Verkäufer freundlich auf den Gestank und die fehlenden Handtücher hingewiesen. Er nahm den Schlüssel entgegen und drehte sich wortlos und Schulterzuckend weg. Wenn dem Personal (oder der Geschäftsführung/Filialleitung) die Hygiene und Sauberkeit auf der Toilette vollkommen egal zu sein scheint, dann möchte ich nicht wissen, wie es dort aussieht, wo belegte Brötchen oder andere Produkte verarbeitet werden. Da werde ich jedenfalls nicht...
