The Pub Bonn — Restaurant in Bonn

It was a nice pub but in the end I paid too much (had to combine tabs and the bartender manually calculated it wrongly). Only discovered it when I got back from my trip since I thought my friends had two beers when they only had one. Would have been no problem if they had replied to the message I sent them through their website to set things straight but being ignored leaves a bad taste in my mouth and is not how I want to do business.

Edit after reply owner: did not receive anything, and even sent a separate email to them after which had not...

Really great choice of tap beer! We tried O'Hara, Lage 13, and Leffe among others, and were happy with all of them. Seats are cozy, and the nice but not too noisy music makes this a great location to hold some conversations with friends. I also saw a stage in the back, and am definitely looking forward to any live music hosted here in the future. The only negative thing is perhaps the name being a bit difficult to search for on...

Das Ambiente eigentlich ganz nett.

Das Personal: unterirdisch - unfreundlich - so wie ich es selten erlebt habe. Es wundert mich, dass dieser Pub noch nicht geschlossen wurde.

Heute, am 30.11. war ich spät Abends da. Kein freundliches: Hallo. Kein: Ihr Radler bitte schön. Wortlos wird das Radler auf meinen Tisch/bzw. auf die Theke gestellt.

Als ich nach einer Kerze frage, weil die Kerze gerade ausbrennt, wird nur unfreundlich gesagt, dass keine Kerze mehr da ist.

Dies ist ein Ort, an dem ich mich überhaupt nicht willkommen gefühlt habe. Die leibliche Dame schafft es nicht ein wenig gastfreundlich zu sein. Ihre Kollegin, etwas jünger tut es ihr gleich.

Eigentlich gebe ich immer recht großzügig Trinkgeld, da ich früher selber oft gekellnert habe, aber bei diesen beiden grauenhaften Bedienungen an diesem Abend, zähle ich das Geld einfach ab und geben kein Trinkgeld.

Das ist ja wohl ein echter Bonner Witz, dass dieser Pub noch mit 4 Sternen bewertet wird. Wäre schön, wenn ihr ehrlich bewerten würdet. Dann nämlich wäre dieser Pub längst geschlossen - und nette und gastfreundliche Menschen würden diesen dann hoffentlich übernehmen.
