Please read the following review as well as the restaurant's response (latest review updated on 30.12.2022)

I am reviewing this from their Restuarant now and we just finished our nice meal (you can see the pic below). The food was really nice and we did enjoyed it. However, what we didn’t like was how they treated the customer. For instance, we are vegetarian and we ordered a soup which has a shrimp inside. She said that she can do any food we want without meat inside. But she didn’t removed the shrimps inside the soup. Once we realized, we told them and her attitude towards us was not nice. I honestly enjoyed the food but she kinda spoiled my night with her impolite gesture.

I mean, anyone can make a mistake but at least be nice especially when you talk to the customer. We never wanted our money back or something, we just told what we felt. The least thing one can do is be nice to the customer, I hope they treat customer well next time. Thank you again :)

23.11.2021 (Responding to the comment from the restaurant):

Thank you so much for taking the time and responding to the customer review; I appreciate it.

I truly wanted to express how we felt while dining at your restaurant, and that's exactly what I did. I did appreciate the quality of the food you provided (and even gave 3 stars for it), but it appears you entirely ignored that aspect and instead emphasized solely on our critic (which is fine, but it just goes to show how your restaurant views customer feedbacks). More specifically, you are now attempting to defend rather than de-escalate the situation. Reading your response made me feel exactly the same way I felt in your restaurant the other day.

Furthermore, perhaps I am mistaken, but it appears that you are now accepting that you were rude to us because our behavior was inappropriate. I honestly cannot judge and pinpoint who is to blame in this situation, but I am certain that those who read this review will undoubtedly have their say in this regard. I have nothing to add if this is your restaurant's policy for responding to customer feedback (I really don't like the part at the end where you sarcastically wrote the same thing I wrote on the above feedback. Is this really how you want to treat your customer feedback?). Please be mindful before you respond to your customer reviews next time. Anyhow, I wish you the best.

30.12.2022 (Responding to the restaurant's response)

Thank you again for taking the time to respond. I apologize for the delay in responding because I did not see it until now. Usually, I am not interested in writing so much, especially if it's a review, but this here is particularly important and should be heard.

To start with, I was intrigued in reading your response; however, you began with the statement "to the customer who's still not accepting their mistake." This demonstrate if you want to have a constructive dialogue or if your restaurant is only interested in back-and-forth accusations. The last thing I expect is to have a mature and modest discussion, especially on a public domain. Looking at how you respond, I'm skeptical about customers expecting good service from this restaurant. I hope I'm wrong, but I only get a gloomy vibe reading your response without any means of resolving the issue. Also, you again sarcastically wrote something based on my comment at the end, which I again find it inappropriate and immature.

So, to those reading this review, I don't mean any disrespect to this restaurant, but please make yourself clear before making any orders. Otherwise, the mere misunderstanding might end up being "you and your sole mistake from this restaurant's point of you."

Since I do not want to prolong it further, I would end the discussion here once and for all with the other potential customer who might consider going to this restaurant. The food is good, but I am deeply disappointed with how they deal with the customer's issue. I'm...

My daughter and I stopped in here for some Thai food. What a disappointment. I have literally eaten at hundreds of Thai restaurants and this was hands-down the worst. My daughter ordered Pad See Ew. It was completely flavorless and simply had pork noodles and vegetables with absolutely no seasoning or spice. I ordered what the man you said was fried chicken and vegetables, and what was brought out to me was chicken and vegetables that were stirfried and some sort of sauce that had a very sugary sweet flavor. Not good. Maybe this is simply what Germans expect Thai food to taste like, but it was definitely not worth ever going here again. Maybe we just order the things...

I tried this restaurant pretty recently I didn't know what to expect because i never tried thai food before. I was introduced to thai food by a thai friend. I was not sure if the food is really authentic but he approved to be really good and authentic. The place is really cozy and it feels that is a family owned restaurant who put love in every plate. I had the thai milk tea and the fried rice with chicken which I recommend to...
