I highly urge you NOT to go to this place. My friend and I were there yesterday and we will definitely not be coming back. The food was alright, but nothing special. She enjoyed her steak, my duck was overfried though. The prices are rather high for what you actually get. But what makes this place definitely NOT worth a visit is its staff. We were made to go after two hours of being there, referencing the new hygienic rules in this place. Meaning we were literally in the middle of eating and drinking, our plates still full and we were asked to leave. OR go to the bar and maybe finish our cocktails. Which makes absolutely no sense if the reason to go was the hygienic rules. I imagine Covid just does not like the bar area and avoids it at all cost, that´s why it was safer there and we could stay for another couple of minutes. After the staff could not explain us the logic behind all of this we have eaten until the end and went to Vai Vai which is next door to it. I reviewed this place last year and gave them five star.

However, today (16/08/2020) I happened to be around and wanted to enjoy a few drinks and some snacks and food with my family. My first impression was that I was not welcome anymore, staff happened to be rude and not friendly, the indirect message was that the non-German customers are not welcome that this place. I was not the only one who was treated like this, while enjoying nice drinks; I noticed that the exact same was happening to other non-German gest My advice to the management of this place is, please educate your staff "You can't judge a book by its cover". Bremen is a very nice place and Multicultural city. You cannot ignore and disrespect the non-German guest. Nevertheless, despite everything, I had a great time with my family, enjoyed the food, drinks and the nice view. I will be back and will enjoy the great food and view here. Wir persönlich waren nach längerer Zeit mal wieder im Chilli Club - unsere Tochter ist öfter da und Sie hatte Geburtstag und wir waren mit 8 Personen vor Ort . Obwohl die Bedienung durch die Reservierung und die Geschenke wusste , wer Geburtstag hat , noch nicht mal eine Gratulation . Das kenne ich anders. Unsere Bedienung und der ganze Service verdienen leider nur 3 Sterne , wegen meinem Essen auch das Essen nur 3 Sterne . Das Thema Service zieht dich hier ja durch viele Bewertungen. Auch wenn noch Gäste fehlten , fragt man doch schon mal die 5 anwesenden nach Getränken ☹️ Im Laufe des Abends mussten wir immer wieder selbst um Getränke bitten , dazu war die Bedienung nicht besonders freundlich und eher arrogant . Die bestellten Sushis , wok und Bowl Gerichte waren alle super 👍 Die frühlingsrollen als Vorspeise mit Luft nach oben , der brotmix lecker aber preislich an der Grenze , der Mango - Chilli dip mega ! Mir persönlich geht es mlt dem Essen sehr schnell - was oft auf echte systemgastronomie hinweist. Der Service und Ablauf ist es auf jeden Fall - so richtig persönlich ist nichts

Ich hatte das Steak mit den Asia Pancakes und leider vergessen zu sagen - Medium . Eigentlich fragt man es aber auch , das ist bei einem Gericht mit Steak für 29 Euro selbstverständlich. Auch hier keine Frage von der Bedienung . Die Asia pancakes waren leider trocken und völlig geschmacklos , das war wirklich einfach schlecht . Das Fleisch eigentlich wirklich komplett roh und an der Grenze des genießbaren - ich wollte meiner Tochter aber den Abend nicht verderben und habe es ohne was zu sagen gegessen . Die Beilagen auf dem Teller auch leider komplett ohne Geschmack . Für den Preis ein Reinfall . Dann hatte ich das Karamell Erdnuss Dessert und mich total drauf gefreut nach der Beschreibung. Gekommen ist eine Schüssel 🥣einfach gemixt mit sprühsahne ! Und das für 9,50 Da war nichts schön arrangiert oder besonders . Die anderen hatten alt bewährt den Schoko Cake . Drei hatten ihn mit Sorbet 🍧 bestellt , zwei bekamen dann aber nur Sorbet . Erst meinte die Bedienung , Sie hätte alles richtig gemacht , dann wurde in der Küche diskutiert und es war doch ihr Fehler , immerhin hat Sie es zugegeben . Die neuen Schoko Cakes dauerten dann natürlich. Insgesamt ein Abend mit Licht und Schatten , ob wir persönlich noch mal wieder kommen fraglich .
