Staff & service 4 out of 5: good and very friendly Starter: 2 out of 5 not as expected and did not taste very good Main: 2 out of 5 did not taste either Location: 3 out of 5 , not easily reachable by public transport, bit you have plenty of free parking around Ambience: 4 out of 5 , well designed and very good decoration
For me I will not visit it again, too expensive and you just pay for the ambience and location, the food is not worth it
Update & Reaction to Owner:
Thank you for your feedback, the type of kitchen does not matter, but the taste of the food is important, to start, as starter we ordered bruschetta, however the basis ingredients was missing, I did not taste any garlic at all, the bread was not toasted at all… we also had “baba ganoush” but it was not even close to “baba ganoush” (see my other review, I had real baba ganoush few weeks ago in Paris, in one of the Lebanese restaurant), the same applies to tapenade , it tasted rather very bitter. As for the main course, I ordered Elise teller, the stake was not properly made, and it was rather very dry and hard to eat, the chicken shish was way too salty. Shrimps was not made as it should no spicy no garlic…. As for the salad, it tasted ok but my wife could not eat is as it contained too much sand, the pizza for our kid was too oleaginous. What I also noticed, your kitchen is more like a World Kitchen, I mean you have, Turkish, Italian, Mexican, Lebanese and god knows how many other type of Kitchen you provide. To me this is not a good sign, a proper restaurant have only one type of kitchen, e.g. Restaurant Tendüre Bremen has only Tendüre-turkish food, Kabul Restaurant Bremen has only Afghani food or EL MARIACHI – Bremen has only Mexican food…..
I did not want to go into this details, but I have to since you have replied to me and it looks like I am not honest person, in fact you can see how many reviews I have written.
Last but not least, please do not get offended by this, you have a tremendous and friendly team! Really nice staff and friendly, you have a fantastic decoration and design it is amazing, your location is perfect…maybe a little bit more attention to your kitchen and kitchen staff…...
Read moreI recently visited Elisa in Bremen with my family, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. I had the salmon bowl, which turned out to be incredibly dry, lacking flavor, and missing the necessary amount of dressing to bring the dish together. It was quite underwhelming. DON’T FALL FOR THE PICTURES !
My husband opted for the Elisa Burger, but that too fell short. The meat quality was subpar, the portion of meat was excessive, and the overall flavor was bland. It felt like there was no balance to the dish, making it chewy.
Our daughter chose the Margherita pizza, which is typically a simple and reliable choice. However, it was poorly executed—mushy and undercooked, leaving much to be desired even for such a basic dish.
Overall, the food did not meet our expectations, and we left feeling dissatisfied. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend Elisa based on this experience, and I hope they improve their standards...
Read moreI really liked the experience in the restaurant. Food was delicious, The steak was melting in the mouth like butter, so soft and tender with the right amount of spices. Portions are decent size, and meals that are marked like spicy ones, are spicy enough that you feel it just how you should, but not too much that you start to sweat or burn your throat. It is pretty simple to make reservations, and they are responding fast. Stuff is always on your hand if you need something, but they are not too pushy and boring you. Prices are decent, for 3 persons with appetiser and main course meal and 5 cocktails we pay around 130 euro. What I didn't like is that women's toilets can be cleaner and the music that was playing was depressing classical melody. Luckily later when the restaurant was full I didn't hear it. All things considered, I am very satisfied and will definitely repeat this...
