Dolce Vita — Restaurant in Brunswick

Our table had been set aside for my sister's birthday, she was really excited and the venue appeared wonderful. Only been once or twice but always really happy with the grade of food and the costs are excellent too. Nice location, a lot of menu choices, we were really pleased with the food. My sister is vegetarian and really enjoyed her meal here, plenty of several vegetarian options as well. Very pleasant personnel, had not been here before but would keep coming back...

Surprisingly big food portions for an italian restaurant, great salads, true Italian pizza. Prices are higher than average for an Italian restaurant, but the euros-per-food-quantity value is quite good. Terribile esperienza. Servizio inesistente, ho dovuto aspettare per ordinare almeno 30 minuti! Volevo un gelato (presente sul menù) sono dovuta andare nel locale di fianco a chiederlo perché il proprietario ha dei seri problemi organizzativi. Servizio inesistente, inoltre una volta arrivata al bancone dei gelati ho dovuto pagare e non accettano nemmeno la carta di credito. Chiaramente non c'è scritto da nessuna parte che l'unico modo di pagare è in contanti. La metà del menù "non è disponibile" oppure bisogna procurarselo self service nel locale di fianco. Mi sono lamentata col proprietario e non sembrava per niente interessato al cliente. Capisco perché stiano perdendo molti clienti, non mi stupisce affatto!

Io sono Italiana e di "dolce vita" non ha proprio niente, il cibo e la cordialità italiana...
