We have been to this place twice but today it was horrible. Not so much because of the pizza but the service is just terrible. We arrived at 5 pm and ordered together starters (antipasti) plus mains. It took them 45 minutes to deliver the starters, which only happened after they realized that they had forgotten us. The same thing happened after starters so that we had to wait another 30 mins for our pizza. People in other tables just arrived and received their orders even takeaways had priority over us. They messed up our service and when we confronted them, their response was "that it was our fault because we had ordered starters". Even though the food is good such service is just unacceptable. Sadly I need to reduce my rating after a small issue that I had with the personal . I can't lie the pizza is really okay but what happened isn't normal. So after i payed the bill i realized that the price wasn't right , they added wrongly an extra soda . Well I went back a day after , I know it's not a big deal but it is still something . I asked for a refund , I even had a selfie in the restaurant showing what we had . But they didn't accept the fact that they had a mistake . And for them the costumer was a liar . Well , it is just a lesson to learn and I am sorry for this good pizza place but to treat me as a liar...
