What an amazing place! We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance, and it turned out to be the best thing that could have happened to us. The interior has that cozy, traditional German tavern feel, but what truly made our visit unforgettable was the waiter – he served us with real passion and energy. People like him are true gems in the world of hospitality.

The schnitzels with fried egg were absolutely outstanding, accompanied by delicious, fresh salads. And the beer – wow! We hadn’t had such a great beer in a long time.

We couldn’t find any other open restaurants this Monday. Finally we found Schwerin-Schulze. The service was great and maybe the one thing that mad me set a four star review. I (the vegetarian) was disappointed in the stir fried vegetables, tasteless and bland. We had others in our company however who enjoyed their schnitzel and rumpfsteak. Wer erstklassige deutsche Küche sucht, ist hier richtig! Egal ob man das urige Ambiente drinnen genießt, in einer lauschigen Ecke das Treiben beobachtet oder an einem lauen Sommerabend draußen sitzt und sich die schöne Altstadt mit ihren Fachwerkhäusern beobachtet - hier ist man richtig aufgehoben. Von der herzlichen Begrüßung, der unaufgeforderten Mitteilung über Gerichte, welche nicht auf der Karte stehen, der erstklassige Service, der einen nicht lang auf seine Getränke warten lässt, die Aufmerksamkeit des Service (z.B. Das Glas ist fast leer) welche man heute häufig vermisst, bis hin zum Essen, dass stets frisch zubereitet wird, nicht mit Geschmacksverstärker zugeklatscht ist und einfach authentisch lecker schmeckt - das Team vom Schweine Schule macht einen super Job und auch wenn wir hier ansässig sind, wir gehen gerne mind. 1x im Monat dort essen und würden es jedem unserer Freunde weiter empfehlen.
