6:55 ich warte darauf, dass ich um 7:00 hinein gehen kann, um einen Kaffee zu kaufen. Kunde geht rein, kauft reichlich Backwaren, zahlt mit Trinkgeld. Nun bin ich am Tresen: Verkäuferin: wir machen erst um 7:00 auf!!! Der Mann vor mir war wohl aus einer anderen Zeitzone. Bin gestern in die Nachbarschaft gezogen und hätte sehr viel Umsatz in nächster Zeit generieren können......daraus wird dann...

Meistens sehr unfreundlicher Service von wenig motiviertem Personal, das sich nicht einmal die Zeit nimmt die gesamte Bestellung abzuwarten und Kunden möglichst schnell abfertigen will. Standardfrage "Und?" wird in nahezu militärischem Tonfall gestellt. Man fragt sich, warum derartig unfreundliches Personal eingestellt bzw. vom Unternehmen...

Verkäuferinnen sind sehr nett, aber das Brot wird immer schlechter. Wir Essen sehr gerne das Wahlnuss- und Würzbrot. Beide Brote sind innen sehr trocken und heute waren alle 3 Würzbrote sogar stark verbrannt. Leider lässt die Qualität in letzter Zeit sehr stark nach. Wir überlegen uns, ob wir bei der Bäckerei Voigt noch einkaufen gehen...
