A sweet little spot in the middle of ‘Nippes’, this corner local is a great spot for wine and tapas. The service is super nice, kind and friendly - making you feel like you are a regular here. The wine selection is good and varied, and even the open wine options are very good throughout. The tapas menu is modern and creative, offering you a large choice - from oriental / middle-eastern options to more Mediterranean and even German small dishes. Simply yum and a great for a regular visit.

Ich liebe peruanisches Essen und hatte mich dementsprechend sehr auf den Besuch bei A Comer gefreut. Leider muss ich ehrlich sagen, dass ich etwas enttäuscht bin. Im Vergleich mit anderen peruanisches Restaurants in Köln kann der Laden nicht mithalten. Die Einrichtung ist durchaus ganz schön, die Qualität des Essens ok. Aber Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmen einfach nicht. Das Konzept bei A Comer sind "Tapas", es werden 3 Teller pro Person empfohlen. Die Portionen sind extrem klein, so dass es für mich gerade als 1 Hauptspeise gereicht hat - und das waren dann 28 Euro. Dafür, dass ich danach noch Hunger hatte, ordentlich. Nachtisch habe ich nicht bestellt, allerdings Pisco Sour, der gut war. Allerdings fühlten wir uns nicht wirklich herzlich aufgenommen, bei Nachfragen wurden wir unterbrochen und teilweise etwas brüsk abgefertigt. Bedient wurden wir an dem Abend von Francesco. Die beiden Kolleginnen vom Service waren nett, wir konnten uns allerdings nur begrenzt auf spanisch unterhalten.

I stopped by here in the middle of the day to get a bite to eat and sample Reissdorf since I had already tasted Gaffel, Gilden, Fruh, Muhlen, Dom, and Sion.

I was pretty hungry as well, and without even looking at the menu, I spotted a dish that another guy was eating so I just pointed to it and asked the server if I could have what that guy was eating. She was really nice and made sure I had a full, fresh glass at all times. My dish resembled a shake 'n bake pork chop, but the best shake 'n bake pork chop anyone has ever had. A side of potato salad and a tub of mustard complemented...
